Make It Monday: Warm Hugs Fall Treat Cup

Cooler Fall temperatures invite the comforts of a warm beverage like pumpkin spice or hot cocoa. Even better to enjoy with a friend and visit.

Delight your family, friends, and co-workers with this adorable Fall treat cup, using the Warm Hugs bundle!

The In Good Taste and Plaid Tidings Designer Series Papers (DSP) make a perfect blend for a cute Fall design.

To create your cup, start by downloading the cup template HERE

NOTE: Be sure to save the template to your computer before printing and set your printer to "No Scaling" or "Fill Page" to get the correct size template.

Test out your template before cutting into your DSP.

Trace the cup template in pencil on the reverse side of your DSP to hide any pencil marks.

Cut out your template and test for fit by wrapping around cup base. Trim from top of template as needed for proper fit. (Any wavy cuts at top can be slid under cup rim to help hide.)

Once satisfied with your template, adhere to cup base.

Now the exciting part...adding all the fun Fall elements!

Die-cut 2 DSP strips and 2 sets of upper and lower scalloped borders with Warm Wraps dies. Line up borders with corresponding top and bottom and adhere to back of DSP edges.

Line up tabs and adhere. Slide assembled cup band onto cup for a snug fit and add a little bit of adhesive to keep in place.

Die-cut/stamp your circle pieces and adhere together. Add to cup with Stampin' Dimensionals, covering one of cup band seams.

Tip: align dimensionals vertically for best adhesion.
