I used a 6" tall letter but most any letters up to 12" tall will work with a 12" x 12" sheet of Designer Series Paper.
First, turn your letter to face the back side of your DSP and trace along the edges with a pencil.

Cut out your DSP letter and trim off any overhang as much as possible. Adhere DSP to wooden letter. Once dry, use an emory board to scrap the edges at a downward angle to remove any excess DSP hanging over.
