Make It Monday: Framed Noble Peacock Card

This week's Make It Monday features another card using the Noble Peacock suite with the addition of another new favorite product of mine...the Heirloom Frames Dies/3D Embossing Folders.

For this card, I die-cut a feather plume from the Detailed Peacock dies.

The Heirloom Frames Dies/3D Embossing Folders add an elegant and detailed touch.

I carried some of the feather plume design inside the card using accent stamps from the Royal Peacock stamp set.

Make It Monday: Noble Peacock Gift Box

Oftentimes the best ideas come straight from the Stampin' Up!® catalog. It makes a great idea book for inspiration! For today's Make It Monday project, I selected the gift box on page 25 of the 2019-20 Annual catalog.

The shimmer from the DSP, foils, and ribbon bounce off each other to create this  beautiful box.

To create the base of the box, I scored a 5-1/2" x 11-1/2" piece of Noble Peacock DSP in the Pretty Peacock design at 1", 5-1/2", 6-1/2", and 11" along the long side and 1" and 4-1/2" along the short side.

Then I snipped up to the horizontal score lines as shown below. (Pictured in white for better visibility.)

I assembled the box and left one end open to add a gift before closing with a piece of 3/8" Reversible Old Olive/Pretty Peacock ribbon.
